The apartments were lovely, in a perfect location and the reception was extremely helpful; organising collection from the airport, paying individually, providing a mobile number etc... and for the cleaner for putting the forgotten ipod in our room!

This made a 'difficult to organise' trip for a large group so much more enjoyable!

The apartment was great, the room is much larger than most hotels and the location is fantastic. This apartment is great value for money, I'd recommend it to anyone I know who wanted to visit Krakow - forget the overpriced hotels, get a taste of old Krakow for half the price!

Very good location - the place was warm, clean and full of character. The furniture was tasteful, and thankfully not the sort of IKEA - inspired boring stuff you'd find in most hotels. At the end of our trip we felt we had actually stayed in and experienced POLAND, and much of that was due to the fact we had been based in this flat. If we'd stayed in some chain hotel we could have been anywhere...! Everything was well organised and airport pickups were arranged. We even arrived to find a small (but very welcome!) small bottle of wine awaiting us.

I stayed 4 nights in the Szczepanska Apartments house. I can recommend this quest house to everyone who likes a quiet and clean place for a reasonable price. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. The location is superb, because it 's very close to the Rynek (main square) and also the station and the Jewish quarter is just 15-20 minutes walk from here. When I come back to Krakow - a beautiful old town - I would like to stay in the Szczepanska Apartments house again.

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but felt I had to. This is such a lovely little apartment, full of character and charming touches. We felt as if we were staying in a friend's flat and not some soulless hotel. Thanks to all the staff who were so kind and helped us with all our (probably annoying!) questions with such enthusiasm and style - well done to you! Everyhting we needed was sorted out for us, including a memorable and very moving trip to Auschwitz. We've already convinced some of our friends to come out to Krakow, and recommded this flat as the perfect place to stay. What a wonderful location in probably the prettiest city I have ever been to!

It was a lot of fun staying in this apartment, and getting to see Cracow close up. We enjoyed the city a lot, and having a nice clean place to stay (with character) made the whole trip most memorable. Highly recommended, if you can find available dates, as we gather the apartment gets booked up well in advance!

We have just returned from a week’s holiday in Krokow at the Grodzka Apartments house and without hesitation we would recommend that anyone wishing to visit this beautiful city stays here. We booked to stay at the Grodzka Apartments house after reading the reviews on this site and we were not disappointed. It really is as good as the reviews say. We WILL be going back to Krakow in January and we WILL be staying at the Grodzka Apartments house . What better recommendation can we give!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend break in Krakow and found the Grodzka Apartments house an IDEAL place to stay. It is right in the center just a few metres from the main square. We had a two room appartment with en-suite toilet/shower. The beds were very comfortable and it was a calm and quiet place to rest our heads after our hectic attempts to see everything which we wanted to in Krakow. The staff are VERY VERY helpful and gave us loads of suggestions for places to go for meals and excursions. Anthony went on an excursion to Auschwitz which they organised and he said that they could not have been more helpful and attentive. We would recommend also that you take the Bicycle Tour of Krakow - it is a super way to see the place and John who runs it is an extremely entertaining raconteur. We will recommend the Grodzka Apartments house to our friends and will definitely stay there if we return

Grodzka Apartments house one of the best places to sleep in krakow, close to the center, cheap and nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and always glad to help. They organized our trip from and to the airport and also to the Auschwitz camp. Making all three trips way cheaper that the would have been with normal means. They also suggested cool and cheap places to eat traditional polish food. 5/5 for us. If you drop by krakow go to Grodzka Apartments house

Convenience, comfort, affordability. All yours with a friendly smile and a helping hand in English or Polish as you please. This owner operated appartment is clean, modern, spacious and well furnished. A real gem in the middle of Cracow, located on a pedestrian only shopping street, just 50 steps away from the central market of Cracow and the medieval cloth hall. A turn to the right from your accomodation, and you have immediate access to the heart of this wonderful city. A turn to the left, and 50 steps away you have a small but completely stocked supermarket. Walk 10 minutes more and you're at the gates of the imposing and brooding mase of the must be visited Wawel castle. Tired but content, return to your spacious rooms and relax on the comfortable L-shaped sofa, make yourself a snake or meal in the fully equiped kitchen, and turn on the color TV, and watch one of the 200 satellite channels. Time for bed, then a separate room with a near queen size bed awaits your slumber, and a modern bathroom with shower is directly attached. There are no bad surprises here, and the reasonable rental rates will keep you smiling, smiling, and smiling. Such was our experience in Cracow during a visit in 2004.
