The New Year’s Eve Concert is going to be called “WOW! Night Music Square Session.” Is it really going to be so WOW? The municipal authorities did their best to make this unique night of the year very special – the event is advertised as “the biggest club scene in Europe, with a dance floor of 10 thousand square meters.”
The club rhythms are going to dominate the party this year, even though the main star of the evening, Agnieszka Chylińska, does not have much to do with such music. But she is said to have changed her image recently and during the night she is going to play the songs from her latest CD, “Modern Rocking,” which is influenced by the dance rhythms of 1980’s.
The other artists who are going to appear on the stage on New Year’s Eve include DJ’s, amongst them Raul Rincon, DJ ADHD and DJ Krime. A confetti show– the biggest such event organized in Poland so far – is going to follow their performances. Another attraction will include texting New Year’s wishes which shortly after that will appear on the façade of the Cloth Hall in the Main Square.
Finally, soon before midnight, the president of Krakow, Jacek Majchrowski, is going to greet all the participants of the party.
