Brazil in Krakow Quite soon you’ll be able to experience some Brazilian atmosphere in Krakow due to
the third Festival of Brazilian Culture “Cracoviaxe” which will take place between 12th and 14th June, 2009. The Festival is connected with an annual event of rank assignment to Capoeiristas, the people practising martial art called Capoeira, who belong to the UNICAR group (Uniao Internacional de Capoiera Regional).
The people visiting the Brazilian Town, specially constructed for this occasion in front of Galeria Krakowska, will have a chance to observe the colourful and energetic Brazilian culture. Many attractions will await the visitors, of course. You will be able to dance samba, try out Capoeira, participate in a real Brazilian Fiesta (the Rotunda Club) and see the best Brazilian films (the Kijów Cinema).
